Two ways to work with us
1 · Your own store, on our platform
Your brand, your domain, your prices, your customers. Nineteen AI employees run it: merchandising, pricing, suppliers, orders, returns, marketing, customer messages and the books, in ten languages, with your own cloud behind it.
You move your catalogue in from a feed, a spreadsheet, Shopify or WooCommerce, and keep selling while the team learns your store.
Priced to what your store uses, plus a platform fee of 1% of each order sold in your store.
2 · Sell on Jade Bridge
Publish your catalogue to the Jade Bridge store and reach its customers in every market it sells to. We price, sell and collect the payment; you ship; we pay you weekly, in your currency.
You can do this with or without a store of your own. A brand with a store on the platform turns it on with one switch.
Most brands we talk to want both: a store that is theirs, and a second shop window on ours. The rest of this proposal explains how the Jade Bridge channel works, since that is the part no one else offers.
How selling on Jade Bridge works
- You tell us your cost. For each product, the price we pay you, in your own currency, with your stock. From a feed, a spreadsheet, your Shopify or WooCommerce, or a file you upload. Stock updates as yours changes.
- We put it on sale. Jade Bridge converts your cost into its own currency at the day's rate, sets the selling price and shows your products to its customers in each of its markets, in their currency and language.
- A customer buys. The customer pays Jade Bridge. Jade Bridge is the seller of record: it handles payment, taxes and duties for that sale, and the customer's questions.
- You ship. The order reaches you in your own portal, with the address and a shipping label if you want one. You ship within 1 business day and mark it shipped; the customer is told automatically.
- We pay you. Every week you receive a statement of everything shipped, and the payment, in your currency. A return is credited back on the next statement.
- Returns come back to you. A customer may return an item by sending it back within 7 days of receiving it: delivered on the 1st, it must be on its way back by the 8th. The date that counts is the day the customer sends it, not the day it reaches you. It is shipped to your address; you receive it, and the credit lands on your next statement.
The money
There is one default, and one alternative for brands that want to control the shelf price.
Default: your cost, our price. You set the price you want for each item. Jade Bridge decides what it sells for and keeps the difference. You are paid your cost for every item shipped, weekly. No fee on top: nothing to calculate, nothing to invoice.

What you need
- A product list with cost, stock, sizes and pictures, from Shopify, WooCommerce, a feed, a Google Sheet or a file. If it changes often, connect the source and it stays in step.
- Somewhere to ship from, and the ability to ship within 1 business day of an order.
- A bank account to be paid into, in your currency.
- One person who reads the weekly statement. The portal speaks ten languages.
