Jade Bridge

For brands October 2026

Sell everywhere, with a team that does the work.

Your own store, run by AI employees. And a place on the Jade Bridge store, paid every week.

Jade Bridge gives a brand two things: a complete store of its own that nineteen AI employees run day to day in ten languages, and a second shop window on the Jade Bridge store, where we sell your products to our customers in every market we serve and pay you every Friday, in your currency.

The problem 02

Selling abroad costs a team you do not have.

A brand with good products and a home market runs into the same four walls the moment it tries to sell somewhere else.

01 · Every market

A currency, a tax regime, a carrier, a language

Each new country means pricing in another currency, duties and VAT someone has to get right, a carrier account, and customers who write in a language your team does not speak.

02 · Marketplaces

They own the customer. You get the margin they allow.

Amazon, Farfetch, Zalando: the customer is theirs, the data is theirs, the fees rise, and your brand is one row in a search result.

03 · Your own store

Software to operate, people to operate it

A store of your own means a platform, an agency, apps for everything, and staff for support, content, suppliers, finance and the site. Growth means hiring.

04 · Returns

Cross-border returns nobody wants to handle

A parcel coming back from another country is customs, a refund in a foreign currency, and a conversation in a foreign language. Most brands quietly stop offering it.

Two ways to work with us 03

Your own store. A second shop window on ours. Or both.

1 · YOUR OWN STORE, ON OUR PLATFORM

Your brand, your domain, your prices, your customers.

A complete store — storefront, checkout, admin, a portal for your suppliers — in a cloud cell of its own that no other store can reach, run day to day by nineteen named AI employees.

  • Catalogue in from a feed, a spreadsheet, Shopify or WooCommerce; keep selling while the team learns your store
  • Priced to what your store uses, plus a platform fee of 1% of each order sold in your store
  • Yours to take to your own domain, and to take away
2 · SELL ON JADE BRIDGE

Publish your catalogue to our store. We sell; you ship; we pay you weekly.

Your products reach Jade Bridge's customers in every market it sells to, in their currency and language. Jade Bridge is the seller of record: payment, taxes, duties and the customer are ours.

  • With or without a store of your own
  • No fee on this channel; you are paid your price per unit shipped
  • A store on the platform turns it on with one switch

Most brands we talk to want both: a store that is theirs, and a second shop window on ours. The rest of this deck is the Jade Bridge channel, because that is the part nobody else offers.

What it looks like 04

A real store, live today, and the admin behind it.

Jade Bridge's own store runs on the platform. Your products appear in it the way every product does; your own store, if you take one, looks like this on the inside.

How selling on Jade Bridge works 05

Six steps. None of them yours to operate.

You tell us your cost

For each product, the price we pay you, in your own currency, with your stock. From a feed, a spreadsheet, your Shopify or WooCommerce, or a file. Stock follows yours as it changes.

We put it on sale

We convert your cost at the day's rate, set the selling price, and show your products to our customers in each market, in their currency and language.

A customer buys

The customer pays Jade Bridge. Jade Bridge is the seller of record: payment, taxes, duties and the customer's questions are ours.

You ship

The order reaches you in your own portal with the address and a label if you want one. You ship within 1 business day and mark it shipped; the customer is told automatically.

We pay you

Every week: a statement of everything shipped, and the payment, in your currency. A return is credited on the next statement.

Returns come back to you

A customer has 7 days from delivery to send an item back — the day they send it counts, not the day it reaches you. It ships to your address; the credit lands on your next statement.

The money 06

Your cost, our price — or your retail, less a share.

One item, two ways to be paid. The figures are in your currency; the example uses an item you want 100 for.

Default

Your cost, our price

You set the price you want per item. Jade Bridge decides what it sells for and keeps the difference. You are paid your price for every unit shipped. No fee on top: nothing to calculate, nothing to invoice.

Alternative

Your retail price, less a share

You set the shelf price in each market. Jade Bridge sells at it and pays you that price less a percentage agreed with you. For a brand that must control the price it is seen at.

Duties & taxesJade Bridge's, for the sales it makes.
Price on your siteNo parity required. Your own store sets its own prices.
TermNo minimum. Switch off at any time; open orders are completed and paid.
Your Friday 07

One statement a week. Then the money.

Every unit you shipped in the week, one line each, in your currency; a return from an earlier week credited back; the total paid to your account. The same statement your suppliers would get from a store on the platform — we are your customer here.

If you take a store of your own 09

Nineteen employees come with it. Here are the ten you will talk to most.

Not assistants. Each owns a part of the business, acts within the rules you set, learns from your corrections, and comes to you only for the decisions that are yours: money, words that leave the company, and calls only the owner can make.

Getting started 12

From a product list to your first Friday.

Day 0

We talk

What you sell, where you want to sell it. We come back within one business day with the terms.

Day 1

Connect the catalogue

A feed, a Google Sheet, Shopify or WooCommerce. Cost, stock, sizes, pictures. Connect it once and it stays in step.

Day 2

On sale

Your products are on the Jade Bridge store, in every market, in its currency and language. Jade Bridge's merchandiser chooses where.

First order

Ship within 1 business day

It lands in your portal with the address and a label. Mark it shipped; the customer is told.

First Friday

Paid

The week's statement and the money, in your currency, in your account.

A store of your own takes about two weeks: the catalogue, the domain, the employees learning your store while it sells.

If you take a store of your own 13

Not a tenant in someone else's database. A cell of your own.

Each store runs in a separate cloud account dedicated to it, in the region you choose, with its own databases, keys and sign-in. A fault or a breach in one store cannot reach another, because there is nothing between them to cross. Take it to your own domain; take it away if you ever want to.

Who we are 14

Two people who have run this business from the inside.

Kent Helbig

Kent Helbig

Kent has run e-commerce businesses for more than twenty-five years, on both sides of the Pacific. He was part of the team that scaled Gilt, then launched Gilt Japan and ran its technology and operations. At Ashford.com he was COO and CTO, taking the business into Greater China, Korea and Japan. He founded CoEdition in New York, and most recently built COUTR, an AI-first luxury marketplace that passed $1M in its first two months with a team of five. He splits his time between New York, Los Angeles and Hong Kong.

Erik Jonsson

Erik Jonsson

Erik is a Swedish founder and investor who has lived and worked in Vietnam since 2011. He co-founded Zalora Vietnam and ran it as Managing Director, growing it to 260 people and the best-performing company in the group. He went on to be Deputy CEO of VinEcom, Vingroup's online retail arm, co-founded TOP MỐT, and has advised BOO, one of Vietnam's largest fashion brands, for nine years. Today he is a General Partner at Antler and its Head of Vietnam, and a Shark on Shark Tank Vietnam. He speaks Swedish, English and Vietnamese.

“I have built and run e-commerce companies as CEO, COO and CTO. I wanted a platform that does the work for the company, not one that comes with a steep learning curve and a long list of hires.” Kent Helbig
